Road to the UN Food Systems Summit
In a memo released on July 26, IPES-Food explains why its members are stepping down from roles held within the UN Food Systems Summit process. In a new briefing note, IPES-Food warns that the Summit is being used to advance a new mode of decision-making that could exclude many voices in food systems. And in other news, more than 800 international organizations, NGOs, farming groups and experts want agroecology, organic, and regenerative agriculture to top the Summit agenda.
